Partners-in-Bespoke is able to help you plan, develop and launch the production for Garments/Collections with CUSTOMISED PATTENRNS – as long as you have a drawing we can help you develop the garment / prototype / production.

In short: you have an idea of garment you would like to launch, we can help you with:

1) Patterning and first sampling;

2) Production and  Prototype (normally in Belgium);

3) Gradation;

4) TECHNICAL FILE for the production;

5) Production: launch, follow up and delivery.

Our partners are high experienced professionals that can make sure your project and garment will be well done and give access to trusted and verified production infrastructures.

If you are interested in receiving an offer, you are very welcome to insert here down all the details of your project (the more details you provide the better) and we will verify your project and if considered suitable we will make you an offer.

– once you introduced all the details you shall already have a preliminary estimation of the budget you shall foresee, then you can decide if you want to proceed or not.

*** PLEASE NOTICE: all offers are WITHOUT ENGAGEMENT, so even if the budget is not 100% suitable, feel free to proceed the request for the offer, just specify what you would need and we might be able to find a solution.

PROCEDURE:

– once we have received your details we will give you a preliminary estimation of the budget you have to foresee for each of the 1-5 points and therefore the TOTAL of the project.

• Production will depend on the number of pieces, you shall have already an estimation of the price for production based on the quantity you indicated you want to proceed (can always be adapted).
• If you agree on this you will receive from us an ORDER CONFIRMATION for the STEP 1 and as soon as we receive the copy of the payment, we will proceed with the details.
• The same process will be followed for the points 1-5                                                                                   
• PLEASE NOTICE: you can pay each step singularly and stop anytime you want. You will receive all the material that has been prepared for you and you can do with it what you want.

You can also confirm directly the full process, proceed the payment and we would be able to launch it all at once.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PRODUCTION:

Standard payment terms for production are

1) 30% upfront for PREPARATION

2) 30% to LAUNCH PRODUCTION

3) SALDO BEFORE DELIVERY
